Ninety Percent Chance Earth's Average Temperature Will Rise

Empirical data gathered nationwide in meterorological stations shows that temperatures have risen 0.05 Celsius (32 degrees F) each decade for the last 35 years. This has caused a local newspaper (El Mercurio) to argue that local authorities should create policies in empirical facts rather than politial blustering with respect to global warming.
