Chile is looking in every possible resources to raise funds for rebuilding and rebounding from the devastating quake it receive earlier this year.
It seems that they would be turning to the industry spared by the quake, the mining industry. Chile's government has offered its congress a tougher mining tax reforms to increase the revenue from $600 million to a billion dollars, according to Reuters.
