Reuter's first update on Fluor Corp. winning the $1.3 billion Chile copper mine contract says the project would help to push backlogs of over $30 billion in the 2nd quarter.
Fluor announced that it would be handling the engineering and construction on the new Caserones mine in behalf of Minera Lumina Copper Chile, backed by Pan Pacific Copper ltd. and Mitsui&Co ltd.
