'The Elephant' confesses to 1977 murder

New details have come to light in the ongoing investigation as to the cause of the death of former Communist Party Secretary General Victor Diaz Lopez. According to reports emanating from the investigation lead by Judge Victor Montiglio, the secret operative known only as the Elephant gave a teary confession in which he admitted to killing Diaz.

Chile's skies to aim for pollution free status

Chilean astronomers are taking there case to UNESCO in Chile’s next big environmental battle this week when they announced that they would seek to have Chile’s skies declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
