Chile's Los Tres, considered the best rock band Chile has to offer performed impeccably on Saturday and were awarded the Silver and gold torches on Sunday. The 15,000 strong audience at the amphitheater demanded that they return to the stage which they did. The Vina del Mar Song Festival competition was between Canada, Spain, Chile, Peru and Venezuela
